Teekay Petrojarl is a Norwegian Oil and Gas company and one of the world’s largest marine energy transportation, storage and production company. In my current role, my function is to support Project Cost Controller in reporting, control, reconciliation, and administration of the BANFF Reinstatement Project (circa $200m USD) budget on behalf of Teekay Petrojarl and partners. Duties and Responsibilities  Prepare and Assist with Quarterly reforecast of budget, reconciliation and variance analysis of costs with synopsis of actual costs against cost to come to produce delta spends based on work done.  Preparation of Weekly Project Update Report to Project Partners (Teekay Petrojarl and CNR International) on work done, cost actuals and forecasted costs with analysis of project performance indices and trends.  Track costs trends and produce cost analysis submissions to project managers in line with budget and forecast report updates.  Flags up any variation on costs and value of contracts to project teams and the JV partners, ensuring necessary adherence/adjustments to costs projection plan reports.  Produce and present performance and summary reports of project to the project teams and JV partners on regular basis during project meeting and cost decision making.  Assistance with administration and reconciliation of Procure 2 Pay system (Purchase Requisition to Order / Variation to Invoice) to ensure full visibility, clarity and reconciliation of committed costs through to actuals and forecast.  To assist with ensuring all costs validated and booked to accounting systems are in line with Internal Controls of Teekay Petrojarl.  Vessel campaign planning schedule update report prepared daily and updated for daily progress reports and schedule changes  Assistance and collation of partner billing and reconciling actual costs to insurance submission.  Any additional ad hoc duties as required.
