Achievements: • Implementing a program that helped in reducing 47 % in reportable accidents in Morocco; • Runner-Up BESIX HSE Chairman’s Award (2013); • Setting up the HS Management system in Poland; • Leading the team to achieving a 24 % improvement in KPI at the project in Montenegro; • Implementing Behavior Based Safety on the Grand Egyptian Museum project in Egypt. • Tendering and prequalifying BESIX in Canada, Mozambique, and Cameroon. My duty is to support project HS at different stages in 10 countries. My scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Assisting projects in their mobilization, operational and demobilization phases. • Conducting site Health and Safety audits and inspections. • Assisting projects in implementing Company’s Health and Safety policies, plans and programs. • Preparing and reviewing sites HS procedures and plans. • Delivering HS training courses. • Establish constructive working relationship with Project, Construction Manager and operational leaders to support and intensify the continuous improvement process. • When necessary liaising and communicating with clients. • Preparing HS tender and prequalification documents. • Investigating and reporting incidents and accidents.
