1- Mechanical Experience •Responsible for maintenance of 11 units in KHALDA PETROLEUM CO. •Turbine Fuel, Lube oil, Servo oil & Air systems maintenance and troubleshooting. •Maintenance tasks for Monthly, Semi-annual and Annual inspections & services including job preparation, scheduling and work supervising. •Troubleshooting for starting and operating problems. •Boroscope inspection for compressor & turbine blades, and combustor liner. •Ordering and confirming spares for the engine. •Turbine change-out for engine overhauling. •Witness of Reblading Gas Compressor on Site. 2- Electrical Experience VFD inspections and troubleshooting. 3- Instrument Experience •Turbotronic control system inspection. •Vibration monitoring system troubleshooting and maintenance by Bently Nevada Software. •Speed and backup over speed system inspection, calibration and troubleshooting. •Pressure & Temperature measuring instrumentations inspections and troubleshooting. •Gas sensors test and calibration. •Fire system (DETRONIC) tests, inspection and troubleshooting Spare Parts
