As PMC HSE, I was responsible to supervise and manage, Company’s, EPC contractor and subcontractors, on behalf (TAKREER), to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements; functionally supervise Contractor and Subcontractor HSE staff, deal with line managers. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established safety standards, procedures, rules and regulations. • Review / Approve contractors HSE Plans and Procedures in line with Takreer COP and monitor their implementation. • Monitor construction work at site to ensure that contractors implement all HSE procedures, Implement PTW, PPEs, conduct daily Tool Box Talks, maintain good housekeeping & work safely. • Attend safety meetings with EPC & Contractors, Conduct Management Safety walk, Identify Gaps & observations and focus for immediate close outs. Report to clients. • Review all HSE reports before submission to clients. • Regularly remains in contact with Client for day-to-day issue. • All incidents investigation is conducted, reports are submitted • Attend weekly project progress meetings and HSE issue are high lighted, discussed with construction team management.
