Teaching a wide range of levels as part of the ‘acquisition cycle’, whereby students study using multimedia and then ‘encounters’ with a teacher, to demonstrate what they have learnt. This position also included preparing and teaching ‘English Club’ several times a week, on a chosen theme, and also helping in various social activities.

Responsible not only for teaching, but also for training new members of staff, helping with designing course structures and presenting numerous seminars and webinars about the IELTS exam on behalf of the school. In addition to this, I also worked as an IELTS Examiner, travelling extensively throughout Russia conduction speaking tests and grading exam papers.

Initially starting as a junior designer after graduating, I was eventually responsible for the complete design and production through to print of catalogues for a number of electronics companies based throughout the UK.
